Home Visit Program Our doctors make house calls. A physician and nurse practitioner team offers high quality primary medical care in the homes of patients who are homebound. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, as well as other forms of health insurance. Members of ours staff speak Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Italian and German. We work in cooperation with medical specialists and nursing agencies to provide the best health car tailored to the patient's needs. Medicaid Office Spanish-speaking Medicaid specialist, providing Medicaid screening and application. Screenings for sliding scale if not qualified for Medicaid or Family Health Plus. Child Health Plus & Family Health Plus Spanish-speaking representative available for screening and application for Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus. Representative also provides information and registers patients for Medicaid Managed Care.
