After earning his medical degree from University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, Dr. Phillips completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in Manhattan.
