Available PositionsCase Manager Full time positions available. Prior experience as a Case Manager with hospital discharge experience is preferred. BSN from an accredited nursing program and/or matriculating towards a Master’s degree. Licensed to practice in the State of New York with current registration. 2 years acute care experience preferred. Clinical Administrator – Wellness & Prevention Center Manage the clinical and business daily operations of the Wellness & Prevention center with an emphasis on customer service and convenient access to services and efficient patient flow, staffing, scheduling, purchasing, space utilization and working with the facilities personnel. Collaborate with Administration on clinical improvements to enhance efficiency, improve work flow and reduce costs. BSN required, Master’s preferred. Five (5) years administrative or clinic management experience, two (2) of which were in a supervisory capacity. Instrument Tech Full time positions available. HS diploma or equivalent. Must be a certified central sterile tech. Previous experience processing instrumentation in an Operating Room or Central sterile is preferred. Physician/Internal Medicine- fulltime Serve adult inpatient/outpatient as internist and geriatrician with responsibilities in affiliated nursing homes. Must be a certified surgical technologist. 1-2 years prior experience as a surgical tech is preferred. Vascular Techs Per Diem positions currently available. Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) is required. Must be CVT and CPR certified. At least two years experience is required. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, able to prioritize and possess a professional demeanor.
