Bone Densitometry
Full osteoporosis exam of lumbar spine and hip by board certified technicians.
Home Visit Program
Our doctors make house calls.
A physician and nurse practitioner team offers high quality primary medical care in the homes of patients who are homebound.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, as well as other forms of health insurance.
Members of ours staff speak Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Italian and German. We work in cooperation with medical specialists and nursing agencies to provide the best health car tailored to the patient's needs.
Breast Health Partnership
Full clinical breast exam, Pap smear, breast health education, and referral for same-day mammogram. Chinese- and Spanish-speaking translators available.
Salvation Army Senior Center
Full medical care for adults by internist and nurse.
WIC Program
WIC registration and services for free food for pregnant or postpartum women, infants, and children up to age 5.
Medicaid Office
Spanish-speaking Medicaid specialist, providing Medicaid screening and application. Screenings for sliding scale if not qualified for Medicaid or Family Health Plus.
Child Health Plus & Family Health Plus
Spanish-speaking representative available for screening and application for Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus. Representative also provides information and registers patients for Medicaid Managed Care.
