Grace Sun, M.D., is Director of Downtown Hospital’s Ophthalmology Clinical Practice and an Instructor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Sun is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. She works in conjunction with Weill Cornell Eye Associates to offer specialized ophthalmic care at the Hospital, including innovations in cataract surgery, eye disease treatments, and corneal surgery.

The cataract surgery options available through our New York ophthalmology services include accommodating intraocular lens, multifocal intraocular lens, and suture-free procedures. Patients also may achieve improved eye health with artificial corneal replacements, vitreoretinal procedures, and the oculoplastic repair of eye structures.
