The New York Downtown Surgical Associates’ physicians are board-certified surgeons providing a wide range of surgical specialty care disciplines. Our private group practice is conveniently located on the 5th floor of New York Downtown Hospital, a member of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System. In addition, all pre-surgical testing is offered in our offices on the 5th floor.

We offer a wide range of surgical services includes laparoscopic surgery, breast surgery, colon and rectal surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery and neurosurgery. We are also pleased to offer our clients proficiency in wound and vein care utilizing sophisticated technology.

Established more than twenty years ago, the NYDSA offers to individuals the professional surgical expertise and care of a private physician in the convenient setting of a major metropolitan hospital. NYDSA accepts Aetna/USHC, Empire BC/BS PPO, Cigna, Healthnet, GHI, Magnacare, Multiplan, Oxford, United Healthcare and most other managed care plans.
