Howard L Beaton, M.D.
Introduction	Dr. Beaton has been in the practice of general surgery in lower Manhattan for over 30 years. From 1993-2003 he was the Chief of Surgery at NYU Downtown Hospital. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has held positions of responsibility in local and national surgical societies. He has been repeatedly recognized for his clinical excellence, including being named in New York magazine’s “Best Doctors” issues. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College.
