Dr. Plasse has broad interests in all aspects of general otolaryngology including pediatric, rhinology, laryngology and head and neck surgery. Currently he is the Director of Otolaryngology at New York Downtown Hospital. In addition, he is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the New York University School of Medicine and is a consultant at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. He has coauthored several scholarly articles including articles on sudden loss of hearing following open heart surgery (the largest series ever published) and a book, "Sinusitis Relief," for the public.
