Introduction	Dr. Atul Sharma is the Director of the Moody’s Foundation Center for Cardiovascular Health at New York Downtown Hospital and an Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. His practice focuses on the prevention, detection, and treatment of coronary artery disease using the latest techniques to develop an individual, comprehensive, cardiovascular risk profile. Dr. Sharma completed his general and interventional Cardiology training at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical College, and continues to perform cardiac catheterizations and percutaneous interventions at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell campus. He is conversant in Hindi and Urdu, and lives in Tribeca with his wife and daughter.
