Introduction	Nina Caplin, M.D., graduated from Duke University and Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. She is currently board certified in both internal medicine and nephrology. She was an assistant professor of Medicine at Mt. Sinai and was full time faculty in the department of medicine and the division of nephrology at the Mt. Sinai Services at Elmhurst Hospital Center until she joined the staff of New York Downtown Hospital in 2008.
