Doctor Rosenberg has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1969, after having completed seven years of training in General and Plastic Surgery. He was a Commander in the U.S. Navy, serving as Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Alban’s Naval Hospital. Surgical techniques and instruments that he invented are widely used today.
Specializing in Cosmetic Surgery of the face and body, Dr. Rosenberg has been in private practice since 1970. He was Director of Cosmetic Surgery at New York Downtown Hospital for many years.
A few of his many professional memberships include the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He was the first plastic surgeon to perform makeovers on "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" and he has appeared on numerous TV programs including Oprah, Donahue, Joan Rivers, and national and local news programs, to mention a few. Some of his magazine interviews appeared in Vogue, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and The New York Times Magazine.
