Bruce D. Logan, M.D.is a graduate of Colby College and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Harlem Hospital in New York City. He served as Chairman of Medicine, Senior Vice President for Emergency and Ambulatory Services, and Chief Medical Officer at New York Downtown Hospital before becoming its President and CEO in December, 2003. In May of 2007 he returned to the position of Chairman of Medicine. He has held faculty appointments at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University at Weill Cornell University Medical College, and is presently a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine.
