Established over ten years ago, the NYDMA was the first physician group to offer comprehensive medical care to Lower Manhattan. Many of the NYDMA physicians hold Chief of Section or Department Director positions at New York Downtown Hospital. NYDMA offers to individuals and businesses the professional expertise and care of a private physician in the convenient setting of a major metropolitan hospital. NYDMA is affiliated with Aetna/USHC, Empire BC/BS PPO, Cigna, Healthnet, GHI, Magnacare, Multiplan, Oxford, United Healthcare and most other managed care plans. Our Corporate Health Services Program is designed to meet the special needs of large and small businesses. With the goals of prevention, early detection and treatment, our corporate services help employees to build long-term relationships with primary care physicians and specialists.
